01 — The brief
This unproductive warehouse space was completely overhauled and fit out to accommodate a fully equipped factory floor - including the installation of air conditioned units as a heating and ventilation system.
Externally the building was re-plastered and painted - giving it a crisp, clean industrial finish, while the ground works - including roadways and drainage - were completed to required specifications.
